Ethan S. Klepetar

Ethan S. Klepetar, Attorney at Law, focuses his practice on civil litigation.  Mr. Klepetar has represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation issues, focusing on employment law, business transaction disputes, and personal injury work.  Examples of his cases include employment discrimination and sexual harassment claims, wage violation claims, business and family partnership disputes, personal injury claims for automobile accidents and slip and fall cases, landlord-tenant disputes, and Constitutional rights violations. 

Attorney Klepetar also has experience drafting workplace policies such as employee handbooks and Written Information Security Programs, the latter of which is required for organizations to comply with the Massachusetts regulations concerning the protection of personal information. 

Mr. Klepetar graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 2004 and he received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2007, where he participated in the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court.  Mr. Klepetar was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2007, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  To e-mail Mr. Klepetar, click here.
